although nowhere as streamlined to use, MuseScore does this as well and was free the last time i used it. I transcribed countless charts for my son when he was young and starting out on bass for his school's jazzband. Pretty sure they still use those for the kids these days.

At the 720 bitrate both the audio and the video were clean and glitch free..
The image of your video is grainy. It looks like upscaled analog video. Working as a Technical Producer in television production, I would not accept the quality. Sorry for the comment but it is what it is. Love your videos!
